Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to care providers and handle minimal inbound calls
• Document required information while actively listening to identify specific questions or issues
• Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Administrative experience (office, clerical, customer service, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
