Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Adjuster - Remote (CST/MST/PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving bodily injury and assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers through various channels to provide exceptional service and negotiate fair injury settlements
• Identify injured parties beyond those listed at FNOL and support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must reside in the Central (CST), Mountain (MST), or Pacific (PST) time zone
• Early career professional status preferred
• Experience in claims handling or a related field is beneficial
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
• Availability for an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday duty rotation
