Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (GL/Auto BI Claims Trainee) as part of their Emerging Talent INVEST Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in structured learning through instructor-led sessions and mentorship focused on foundational insurance knowledge and claims operations
• Shadow experienced claims professionals to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims
• Handle an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims while applying training to real-world scenarios under supervision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
• Active listening skills
