A company is looking for an Emerging Talent INVEST Program - Guardian Associate (GL/Auto BI Claims Trainee).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning, including instructor-led sessions and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims
• Gradually take ownership of claims under supervision, applying training to real-world scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
