Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Analyst I to support consumers using benefits software and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process various types of Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSO) with accuracy and efficiency
- Prioritize and complete daily workload assignments to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Track, prioritize, and resolve client inquiries and process issues while communicating compliance updates
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both repetitive and complex processing
- Ability to adapt to change and adjust priorities with minimal notice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe
- Basic math skills for calculating affordability
