Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Customer Service Support Representative for their Revenue Cycle Management Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50-60 calls per day
  • Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and provide necessary information
  • Document all accounts accurately and communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of work experience required
  • Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Previous medical experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently in a structured remote environment
