- Follow standard operating procedures to resolve denied claims and update necessary information
- Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients while documenting all accounts accurately
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of work experience required
- Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred
- Previous medical experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
