Client Compensation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Compensation Specialist III, responsible for supporting global compensation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process tax payments for multiple clients, providing communication and status updates
• Administer the Tax Equalization process, including payments, collections, and reporting
• Gather and compile cost components for global cost estimates and maintain process guides and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of related experience or training required; 3-5 years preferred
• Knowledge of a specialized field such as basic accounting; equivalent of four years in high school plus specialized training is required
• A four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
• 0-3 years of related management experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
