Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
  • Knowledge of general computer operations and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
