Key Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and report status
- Enters and retrieves client or examinee information using appropriate systems and databases
- Maintains communication with the QA department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of general computer operations and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
