Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coordinator to manage client inquiries and data processing tasks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and report status
  • Enters and retrieves client or examinee information using appropriate systems and databases
  • Maintains communication with the QA department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of general computer operations and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
