Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coordinator to manage client inquiries and data processing tasks in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds promptly to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and requests for information
  • Enters and retrieves client information using appropriate systems and databases
  • Maintains communication with the QA department regarding workflow and report status
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in general computer use and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
