Key Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and requests for information
- Enters and retrieves client information using appropriate systems and databases
- Maintains communication with the QA department regarding workflow and report statuses
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of general computer systems, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
- Familiarity with multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to adapt to a high-volume contact center environment
