Key Responsibilities

• Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports for multiple clients
• Verify data accuracy and track trends, errors, and client improvement opportunities
• Assist with various tasks throughout client implementations and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate level Excel or above
• Experience in building reports and validating data
• Background in healthcare preferred
• Interest in client services
