A company is looking for a Middle Client Delivery Manager with Turkish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical experts on client onboarding projects and expand team functions
• Manage integration projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and business growth

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of IT client delivery management experience in B2B organizations
• Strong understanding of the iGaming industry
• Experience managing teams of 10+ people and delivering multiple projects
• Full proficiency in Turkish and fluency in English; proficiency in Russian is mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project support tools like JIRA and Confluence
