A company is looking for a Client Happiness Servicing Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to client inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving concerns
- Promote and cross-sell company products to eligible customers during servicing interactions
- Assist clients with payment arrangements and guide them through loan processes and documentation
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or collections
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in navigating business systems and performing basic math calculations
- Experience in student lending, banking, or financial aid industries is preferred
- Background in call center environments or sales/account management roles is a plus
- Familiarity with loan processing and/or underwriting procedures is advantageous
