Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Associate, PBM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead smaller-scale client implementations, serving as the primary contact and managing deliverables
- Coordinate operational readiness activities and monitor launch activities to identify and address potential issues
- Support Implementation Managers in complex client implementations and maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or healthcare administration
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
