Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial service ambassador to referral sources, patients, and caregivers, ensuring high-quality service
- Manage the entry, verification, and maintenance of new patient information in relevant software systems
- Process insurance verifications and ensure accurate patient registration for home care and hospice services
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- At least one year of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably in reimbursement or insurance verification
- Strong insurance payor verification skills
