Key Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with clients via phone and email regarding inventory and account flow
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve process errors and improve client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations while maintaining confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate degree in Business preferred
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Willingness to learn multiple client systems and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
