Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing requests
- Manage and maintain order pipeline while tracking customer inquiries in the computer system
- Provide product and service information and resolve customer issues using the computer system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quality customer service skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office, Teams, and Excel
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with clients and internal staff
