Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain order pipeline, tracking customer inquiries in the system
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues while providing product and service information
Required Qualifications

- Quality customer service skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Office, Teams, and Excel
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with clients and internal staff
