Client Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, data research, and processing functions for clients in the Loan Operations Team
• Ensure data integrity by accurately reviewing and maintaining asset and contract data, processing amendments, and creating transfer documents
• Proactively identify and resolve trade and system-related issues while collaborating with internal partners

Required Qualifications

• Must have the ability to handle stressful customer situations with patience
• Experience with internet-based applications
• Eager to learn with strong analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
