Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recon Client Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the health of bad debt and early out inventory portfolios via reconciliation reports
• Respond to email inquiries within the same business day and maintain records of reconciliation findings
• Participate in discussions regarding recon report progress and complete assigned training courses by due dates

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Preferred working knowledge of the collections industry and/or customer service
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs
• Ability to enter data and produce documents accurately and efficiently
• Preferred ability to type 50+ words per minute
