Client Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare payor and provider organizations
• Support the onboarding process and training for new clients on products and services
• Help drive product adoption and monitor client performance metrics for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• 0-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
• Basic understanding of the healthcare payor and provider landscape
• Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to support decision-making
