Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and verify patient insurance coverage

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Experience with computer systems and willingness to learn telecommunications software
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours
