Key Responsibilities

• Ensure healthcare documents comply with insurance guidelines and review them for submission
• Maintain communication with SLPs and assist with document preparation and funding policies
• Serve as a client advocate by communicating with clients and resolving funding issues with third-party providers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of related experience
• Preferred background in the health insurance field
• Proficient in internet navigation and MS Office Word and Outlook
