Key Responsibilities
- Ensure healthcare documents comply with insurance guidelines and review them for submission
- Maintain communication with SLPs and assist with document preparation and funding policies
- Serve as a client advocate by communicating with clients and resolving funding issues with third-party providers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of related experience
- Preferred background in the health insurance field
- Proficient in internet navigation and MS Office Word and Outlook
