Clinical Documentation Integrity Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Lead - Service Line (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between CDI and assigned service lines, collaborating with physician leadership
• Conduct targeted audits and analysis to enhance documentation and coding quality
• Lead multidisciplinary CDI projects and optimize documentation tools and processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Health Information Management, or a related field
• At least two active certifications such as COC, CPC, or CCS
• Five years of relevant inpatient clinical experience, including CDI or provider education
• Experience in public speaking and educational content creation preferred
• Knowledge of coding guidelines, compliance regulations, and risk adjustment methodologies
