Key Responsibilities

• Review client submissions to ensure compliance with guidelines and perform re-reviews as necessary
• Communicate with users to provide feedback on submissions and improvements
• Continuously learn and develop an expert knowledge of products, services, and internal systems

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least six months to one year of experience in a similar data entry role
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy
• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Motivated to learn new systems and processes
