Clinical Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Services Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with physicians and their staff to integrate clinical testing into medical practices
• Support field-based teams and resolve documentation issues related to clinical samples
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments while streamlining processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
• Strong customer and patient focus with understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Familiarity with laboratory and customer service systems such as LIMS and Salesforce.com
• 0 to 4 years of experience in Clinical lab, Patient Navigator, or Client Services preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office setting
