Clinical Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the VA's Electronic Health Record Modernization program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate collaboration among various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment during deployment
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for end-users during go-live
• Manage change and stakeholder engagement across deployment sites to ensure operational readiness

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional work experience
• Knowledge of Cerner Referral Management and Community Care solution configuration
• Experience managing Information Technology-related projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in life cycle and project management methodologies
