A company is looking for a Clinical Trials Contract Specialist responsible for the development, negotiation, and management of clinical trial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders to address contract concerns
• Draft, review, and negotiate various clinical trial agreements and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate contract files and monitor contract milestones to ensure timely completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; scientific discipline preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical studies within biopharma, diagnostics, or medical devices
• At least 3 years of experience negotiating investigator site agreements
