Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead a team focused on AWS strategy and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define a 12-18 month roadmap for cloud infrastructure aligned with business goals
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of engineers while overseeing hiring and performance evaluations
• Own core AWS services and ensure adherence to infrastructure as code standards

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles; 3-5+ years in people leadership
• Deep hands-on AWS expertise, including services like VPC, IAM, EC2, and RDS
• Proven ownership of infrastructure as code at scale, particularly with Terraform
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and observability tools
• Experience with security best practices and financial operations in cloud environments
