Cloud Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to optimize uptime and eliminate vulnerabilities for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement monitoring alarms and logging solutions while addressing root causes and identifying solutions
• Create and maintain visibility of AWS resource demand, planning, and usage, while optimizing through automation
• Drive continuous improvement by researching best practices in DevOps and implementing new tools and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Certification in AWS, Ansible, and Terraform, with experience in DevOps tools like Git and Jenkins
• Ability to write code and a passion for automation and efficiency
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
