Key Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud Renewals in the assigned territory, including creating quotes and maintaining CRM systems
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and facilitate cloud renewal processes
• Process cloud renewal orders accurately and maintain organized account files

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
• Experience with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel
