Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer I (Support Response) for a weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries, ensuring empathetic customer interactions
- Troubleshoot surface-level OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues while providing suitable technical solutions
- Triage, route, and escalate support tickets efficiently while maintaining clear communication with customers
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Linux, preferably Ubuntu
- Familiarity with GPU hardware or workloads, or a willingness to learn
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions
- Commitment to accuracy in triage, escalation, and documentation
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and customer advocacy
