Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer I (Support Response).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming technical support questions and customer interactions
  • Troubleshoot surface-level OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues, providing guidance on technical solutions
  • Accurately triage, route, and escalate support tickets while maintaining clear ownership of customer communication
Required Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Linux, preferably Ubuntu
  • Familiarity with GPU hardware or workloads, or a willingness to learn
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Prior exposure to 24/7 support operations or participation in on-call rotations is a plus
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow is advantageous
