Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer I (Support Response).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming technical support questions and customer interactions
- Troubleshoot surface-level OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues, providing guidance on technical solutions
- Accurately triage, route, and escalate support tickets while maintaining clear ownership of customer communication
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Linux, preferably Ubuntu
- Familiarity with GPU hardware or workloads, or a willingness to learn
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions
- Prior exposure to 24/7 support operations or participation in on-call rotations is a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow is advantageous
