Coding Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Quality Documentation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate medical records to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with billing standards
• Educate clients and providers on clinical documentation improvement and compliance requirements
• Lead coding quality assurance programs and collaborate with teams to resolve audit issues

Required Qualifications

• Nationally recognized coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA) is required
• Minimum of 5 years of specialty-specific coding experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• In-depth knowledge of coding guidelines and compliance regulations
• Strong collaborative leadership skills with the ability to influence and support team members
