Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coding transformation initiatives to ensure accuracy and reduce denials
• Drive denial management and recovery through analysis and appeals workflows
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate coding requirements and documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with direct coding responsibilities; behavioral health coding preferred
• Deep knowledge of behavioral health coding guidelines, CPT/ICD coding, and payor-specific requirements
• Proven ability to improve KPIs related to denial rates and coding coverage
• Experience in building structure in fast-growth settings and adapting processes as needed
• Familiarity with AI and automation opportunities in coding workflows
