Key Responsibilities
- Lead coding transformation initiatives to ensure accuracy and reduce denials
- Drive denial management and recovery through analysis and appeals workflows
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate coding requirements and documentation standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with direct coding responsibilities; behavioral health coding preferred
- Deep knowledge of behavioral health coding guidelines, CPT/ICD coding, and payor-specific requirements
- Proven ability to improve KPIs related to denial rates and coding coverage
- Experience in building structure in fast-growth settings and adapting processes as needed
- Familiarity with AI and automation opportunities in coding workflows
