Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates activities of collections staff to assist customers and negotiate payment plans
- Implements performance objectives and provides coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
- Addresses human resources issues and collaborates with other departments to resolve customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Six (6) plus years of related experience, including five (5) years in collections or call center roles
- One (1) plus years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of FDCPA and advanced negotiation skills
- Advanced experience managing compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
