Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rep 1, Credit & Collections - Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact commercial customers to arrange payment plans for past due accounts
• Follow national credit and collection policies while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Process customer payments and manage account disconnects for delinquent accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in a remote environment preferred
• Flexible schedule availability to work Monday - Friday between 8am - 8pm EST
• Ability to multitask and manage high-transaction environments
