Collections Representative

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Contact commercial customers to arrange payment plans for past due accounts
• Follow national credit and collection policies while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Process customer payments and manage account disconnects as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Experience in a remote work setting is preferred
• Flexible schedule availability between 8am-8pm EST, Monday to Friday
