• 60 day balances
• Outreach to customers through phone, emails, and letters
• Document all activities and prepare updates for leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required
• Prior experience in call center, customer service, collections, or healthcare billing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively preferred
