Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared group inbox
- Negotiate payment and resolve delinquent account balances while educating customers on terms and payment methods
- Utilize multiple systems for decision-making in collections and perform skip tracing on required accounts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
- Basic accounting knowledge and skip tracing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
