A company is looking for a Collections Support 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared inbox
- Negotiate and obtain immediate payment from customers to resolve delinquent account balances
- Perform skip tracing and utilize multiple systems and tools to reach decision makers in the collections process
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
- Basic accounting and skip tracing knowledge
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Must pass a successful background investigation
