Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Science College Admissions Counselor to assist high school students through the college admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with current college admission changes
• Advise students on extracurricular activities and help with meaningful summer plans
• Provide guidance through the entire application process, including personal statements and essay reviews

Qualifications

• Graduate from a top 50 national university; advanced degrees are a plus
• Degree in computer science or deep expertise in the field
• Experience as a college counselor with a track record of successful student admissions
• Availability in the afternoons and/or weekends to meet with students
• Passion for education and experience in essay writing and editing
