Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem (Telehealth) Substance Abuse Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment
• Obtain patient history and perform physical exams, documenting in the EMR
• Authorize and supervise dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and monitor patient dosages

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be licensed in the state of Colorado
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check required
