Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Care Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to users via email tickets
• Investigate issues within the app by reviewing account information and customer emails
• Work on special projects for leadership teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to work remotely and previous remote work experience is a plus
• Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
• Technologically savvy, with knowledge of Android and Apple devices
• Must be at least 18 years old
