Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales leads through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Coordinate and participate in initial discovery calls with prospects
- Maintain detailed account and contact profiles in Salesforce and Outreach
Required Qualifications and Education
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in security or cloud-related products
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.com
- Hands-on experience with different sales techniques, including cold calls
