A company is looking for a Community and Development Associate to coordinate and manage community and development programs and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate member engagement programs and events to foster community connections
- Manage logistical and administrative support for community programs and events
- Track and analyze membership and fundraising data using Salesforce CRM
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of program coordination experience, preferably in a membership organization
- Commitment to social justice and understanding of multigenerational and multiracial community dynamics
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, CRMs, and MacOS
- Experience in managing participant communications and creating meeting materials
