Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Utilization Management team and oversee the completion of related programs and processes
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs to meet regulatory and business needs
• Conduct performance evaluations and lead coaching sessions for team members

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical role with direct patient care responsibilities
• Experience in Utilization Review Services or Case Management
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of clinical or non-clinical staff
• Active, current, and unrestricted Compact Registered Nurse License
