Key Responsibilities

• Perform statistical analyses on clinical and operational datasets to identify trends and insights

• Create dashboards and reports using Python and other tools to communicate findings effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in statistical analysis within the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and statsmodels
• Experience with healthcare data (e.g., EHRs, claims) and operational data
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
